Founded in early 2013 by Roger Valentine and his father, Nick, ValEquity Construction carries on a family tradition in the construction industry that spans more than four generations, primarily in residential and commercial masonry.
Roger Valentine was inspired to help others achieve their dream homes after successfully general contracting his own custom home in 2011. In 2014, his brother, Brian, joined the team. Initially, Roger and Brian focused on flipping houses, but they quickly expanded their expertise to include finishing basements, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, and eventually taking on more complex projects such as additions and whole-house renovations.
Today, ValEquity Construction offers comprehensive home remodeling services, from the initial consultation and project design to managing the construction phase through to completion. The company is certified in chimney sweeping and home inspections and holds licenses in general construction and remodeling.
