For the last several months, I had multiple issues with my water heater. I have used 4 different companies/technicians. To make long story short. I ended up getting a new water heater and noticed strong gas smell coming from the water heater. I contacted Roto-Rooter, and Doug was my technician. Doug was very knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Finally, I found the good plumber that I can trust. I highly recommend Doug! Thank you, Doug!

This is one of the most customer friendly companies I have encountered. My main water broke. I thought it was going to take a few days to make the repair. The technician came the same day during after hours and was able to make the repair the same night. My house was back up and running the next day. This was the only company that was willing to come after hours in the Vacaville area.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end with Jim, Val and Miguel. They mitigated my leak and found the problem quickly. They were professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again and I would have no problem recommending them to others. Thanks for an awesome experience in a troubling time!

Peter, Juan and the Big Super Strong Guy did a great job. Great attitude, smart and professional crew, worked hard and completed what turned out to be a big task. Highly recommend them.
