During a complimentary 20-minute discovery phone call, the team can often determine if an in-home consultation is necessary. When visiting a client’s home, they appreciate seeing any photos or sketches the client has saved, whether in a folder or as screenshots on their phone. During this appointment, the team discusses the project’s timeframe and budget while taking rough measurements. These measurement appointments typically last between 30 to 90 minutes. Following the visit, the team usually provides a design agreement detailing the necessary next steps within one to three business days.
