Called on the weekend when we noticed water coming into the room backing up to our water heater closet. The tech came as soon as he finished with a prior customer. He was so nice, very professional, and got the problem fixed quickly. He even cleaned up the standing water. My husband watched him the whole time and said he really knew what he was doing and was very friendly to talk with. We were both very pleased with the service he provided.

Ken May’s Plumbing has always been great! They return calls right away and send someone out as soon as they have someone available. Have always been able to take care of our needs. We are a big campus and have concerns often but they are on it and help quickly.

We were very impressed with all the work that was done by Ken Mays Plumbing. Their crews were polite, professional, protected our furniture and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use Ken Mays again, when the need arises.
